You can check which schedule you are on by looking at your Tenancy Agreement.
If your Tenancy Agreement does not mention the rent frequency then there will not be any rent free weeks.
- 48 weeks rent tenancies- the rent free weeks are 38 & 39 (18th and 25th December 2023) and weeks 51 & 52 (18th and 25th of March 2024)
- 50 weeks rent tenancies- the rent free weeks are week 39 (25th of December 2023) and week 52 (25th of March 2024)
- 48F weeks rent tenancies (Somerset only)- the rent free weeks are weeks 38 & 39 (18th and 25th of December 2023)
