A partnership approach at exciting White Rock new homes development
Linden Homes is creating White Rock in collaboration with development company Aster Homes, the first of three forthcoming joint venture projects the partnership are producing.
White Rock will be an exciting new development featuring a range of high quality family homes, including public open space, allotments and a sports provision. Comprising a wide range of one bedroom apartments, two bedroom coach houses, plus two, three and four bedroom houses, the development is spread across two parcels of land.
Near to the seaside resorts of Goodrington and Paignton, White Rock will be situated to the west of Brixham Road and east of Waddeton Road, close to a number of local amenities. The development has been designed to fit in with its surroundings, creating a good quality and safe environment.
The Mayor of Torbay, Gordon Oliver said: “It’s wonderful for the local community that the site is being well looked after and I can’t wait to see the finished result. The homes at White Rock are going to be very contemporary in a thriving location, perfect for local families.”
Linden Homes’ managing director, Nigel Palmer said: “We were very pleased to welcome The Mayor of Torbay to White Rock and start work on this exciting development, in partnership with Aster Homes.
“We will be launching White Rock early in the new year and are already receiving a great deal of interest in the new homes.”
David Luke, regional development director for Aster Homes in Devon and Cornwall, said: “We’re delighted to be working in partnership with Linden Homes on this fantastic new development. It was great to show the Mayor of Torbay the progress on site so far, it’s really starting to take shape.”
Linden Homes has created a number of new homes in the area and is also behind the Orestone View development in Goodrington and The Copse in Ogwell.
