Bank holiday opening hours

Over the bank holiday our contact centre will close on Thursday 6 April at 5pm and reopen on Tuesday 11 April at 8am.

During this time, you can also use our customer portal, MyAster to log a repair, pay your rent, update your details, and access other useful information and advice.
