If you’re passionate about your local community and want to help us make a difference where you live, we’d love to hear from you.

We are looking for new members for our Customer Scrutiny Panel (CSP) who provide an independent and objective assessment of our services and business processes from a customer perspective. 

The CSP provides recommendations for change in its scrutiny reports which so far have included former tenant arrears, the right to buy process and responsive repairs.
