C&C acquires 85 homes in Wandsworth

C&C has confirmed the successful purchase of 85 homes in the London Borough of Wandsworth from national housing association Home Group.

C&C, which joined Aster Group at the start of 2022, is a not-for-profit housing association currently owning and managing approximately 2,000 homes in London, primarily for the over-55s.

Our new customers will benefit from having access to C&C’s wide activities programme, enabling them to connect with each other and stay active, all while supporting their independence.

Sam Scharf, director of housing and customer services at C&C said: “This is a really positive move for C&C and the customers in Wandsworth. We have a significant and well-established London footprint having been providing homes and services for nearly 100 years."
