Connected Living celebrates a new partnership

Our Connected Living service supports people to live independently at home, safe in the knowledge that help is never far away thanks to devices such as emergency call pendants, fall detectors and GPS devices.

The team recently partnered with We Care Home Improvements (WCHI), so that we can reach even more people in the Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset and Gloucester areas. WCHI help people by providing a home improvement and repair service. Their support means the Connected Living team can provide advice about home adaptations, such as accessible bathrooms, to enable people to live comfortably and independently at home for as long as they choose. 

Kerry Appleton, operations and contract lead, said: “We’re so excited to be working with We Care Home Improvements to enable us to enhance our support offered to customers.

“At Connected Living our aim is to support customers in their own home to help them live safely and independently for as long as possible, knowing that help can be called for by the press of a button. So, by joining forces not only can we provide the emergency assistance they need, WCHI can also do the jobs around the home to keep homes safe and secure”.
