Connected Living celebrates new partnership with Taking Care
Our Connected Living service helps people to live confidently at home with help from a range of technology, including emergency call pendants and fall detectors. From this month, we’ve joined forces with a new monitoring partner, Taking Care. Like Connected Living, Taking Care is accredited to a high standard with the Telecare Services Association. Taking Care is also the only monitoring centre to be Which? Trusted Traders approved.
Kerry Appleton, Operations and Contract Lead at Aster Group said: “We are thrilled to be working with Taking Care enabling us to continue to deliver quality services to our customers.”
Steve Gates, managing director of Taking Care said: “We’re delighted about our partnership with Aster Living. This partnership is absolutely in line with our vision as an organisation and allows us to further demonstrate how, by working together, we can enable people to live independently for as long as possible.”
To celebrate the partnership, Taking Care has provided all our Connected Living customers with access to its unique Medical Support and Medication Helpline, free for the first 12 months.
