Connected Living service helps customer following stroke

Our Connected Living service helps people stay living independently in their homes for longer and also helps people returning from a stay in hospital.

A customer recently got in touch to share their experience of using our Return Home package which includes a pendant with a button that links directly to our 24/7 call centre.

Mrs A said: “My husband had a stroke last year. After a week on the stroke unit the hospital organised the Connected Living system to be fitted quickly. The chap from Connected Living was very reassuring and caring. The system provided peace of mind as I could go to work knowing my husband had someone at the end of a button. Our family are just glad he is nearly ok.”
