Customer engagement work recognised through Tpas award

We’ve recently been awarded an accreditation that recognises the importance we place on listening and acting on your views.

Customer voice is at the heart of what we do, and your thoughts and opinions are crucial to shaping the services we deliver both now and in the future.

The accreditation was awarded by Tpas, an independent group which promotes, supports and champions tenant involvement and empowerment in social housing across England.

We’re now one of just 17 landlords to be endorsed by Tpas.

During the assessment process, customers and colleagues were interviewed about our services and we carried out a rigorous self-assessment overseen by Tpas.
