Help to save is at hand
The government’s Help to Save scheme was extended in March’s budget, which helps people save more money.
To be eligible you must be working and claiming either working tax credits, child tax credits or Universal Credit.
If you can save a little bit each month, you will get a government paid bonus after two years.
For example, if you can save £5 a month for 2 years you will get a £60 tax free bonus.
You can save a maximum of £50 a month and if you were able to do this, you would get a bonus of £600.
So, if you have something to save for, and you are eligible, click onto this Government website for more information.
