Improvements to neighbourhoods in Dorset

Our Neighbourhood Officers have been listening to your feedback and have made a few welcome improvements to a couple of neighbourhoods in Dorset. 

On an estate in Portland for example, new bin stores have been provided to help keep the area tidy. The old bins were regularly left overflowing, making the area look messy and unwelcoming. 

This small change has made a real difference to the estate, with one customer saying that the area looks so much cleaner and tidier now. 

In another area in Dorset, a block of flats in Poole has had electronic gates installed in the car park, making the residents car park much more secure and the gates have given residents that extra peace of mind too.
