We aim to provide a great service, but know that we don’t always get it right. That’s why customer complaints give us an opportunity to find ways to improve our service to you.
Our complaints service helps us understand where we haven't met our Customer Promises or your expectations. We aim to put things right as quickly as possible and work with you to find a solution.
We’ll always try to resolve your complaint. If we’re unable to find a solution, the Housing Ombudsman is a government body that investigates complaints about housing associations on behalf of customers.
The Housing Ombudsman has created a Complaint Handling Code to make the process to submit a complaint as clear and simple as possible.
