Our latest Value for Money report showed how we’re making the most of every pound we spend. 

New regulations mean that we don’t need to produce this anymore. Instead, we will report on a set of standards which will include the value we add to our communities, both economically and socially. Value for Money is still really important to us and we will continue to make each pound work harder so that we can build more homes for more people. 

Our last report looked at whether you think we provide value for money and it’s great to see that 88% of our customers are satisfied that their rent provides them with value for money.
