Mobility scooter safety

Mobility scooters can be expensive pieces of equipment, so if you own one or are thinking of getting one, please let us know so we can help you maintain it safely and securely.

We have a zero-tolerance approach to storing mobility scooters in communal areas as they are a major fire risk, could block fire exits and stop customers from being able to use corridors safely in the event of a fire.

Please store your mobility scooter in your home or inside a scooter room if your building has this facility.
