MyAster - New digital process for heating and electrical servicing

We have now launched a new digital service to let you know when your heating service or electrical inspection is due. You will receive your appointment by text and email, but this will now include a link where you can confirm the appointment or rearrange it to a date and time that suits you.

You can do this at a time convenient for you as the service is available 24/7. You can reschedule in advance and right up until the day of the appointment.

The messages and emails will come from Aster Group and contactcentre@aster.co.uk

If you receive a text or email you do not believe is genuinely from us, please call our contact centre on 0333 400 8222.
