We want to make managing your home simple and easy. Over the next couple of weeks we’ll send over your service charge statement through the post to keep you informed about any changes to your account.
Just under 30,000 customers pay services charges for things like grounds maintenance, communal cleaning and building insurance and include general needs, leaseholders, shared owners, sewerage customers and freehold customers.
Your service charge statement runs through all you need to know about the services we’ve provided between April 2022 and March 2023, and how much this cost.

If something doesn’t seem right
You should have received your letter by the end of August. Within your letter, please check that the services you’re receiving are all included. If you spot something that doesn’t seem right, like a service you don’t receive, please let us know now.
Our team will make any corrections needed so that you pay the correct amount.
