Putting your voice first
We want to make sure that your thoughts and opinions shape the way we provide our services to you.
We recently spoke to some of our customers about our plans to change the way we carry out our grounds maintenance service, which includes things like communal grass and hedge cutting for example.
We received a fantastic response and some of the comments we received included;
“Use of electric vehicles to lessen pollution from trucks and 4x4s on the estates.”
“Contractors training their staff in Health and Safety, Equality and Diversity and offering apprenticeships.”
“Knowing how frequently they will attend, professionalism and considerate to the tenants they will serve.”
Our customers will continue to be involved in the next stages of evaluating the tenders and interviewing the potential contractor.
