Our Customer Annual Report is available for you to read on our website.

Over the next few months, we’ll begin to prepare our next customer annual report, covering the current 2022/23 financial year. We’d like to hear your thoughts on this year’s report so we can continue to improve the information we share with you. Despite the impact of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, there were many highlights during the last financial year. We let just over 1,600 homes and with our teams back out in the community we were able to complete 12,000 neighbourhood inspections.

We also continued to invest in our homes and communities through projects like our neighbourhood enhancement programme, and there are some great examples of this in the report.
