Reclassification of housing associations as private organisations

What does this mean for you?

The recent decision taken by the Office of National Statistics (ONS) to reclassify housing associations as private organisations will not change the services we offer to our customers.

You will still receive the same services that you have always done and we will still continue to provide homes for social and affordable rent as well as for shared ownership.

The reclassification is a welcome move and will allow us to secure the long-term finance needed to build more new homes – helping us to realise our vision that everyone has a home.
