Rent changes from April 2021

We’re making some changes to how much rent you pay from the beginning of April, which means that you’re likely to see a small increase in your rent.

We’ve sent a letter to explain more about this change which you should have already received.

Your rent will increase from 1 April 2021 and will be no more than one per cent more than the consumer price index.

The consumer price index is calculated each year to show inflation across the country. It is currently 1.7 per cent.
