A new survey has been released by the Regulator for Social Housing, which oversees all landlords like us and the services we provide you.

The regulator is looking for your views on a new set of Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) and has created a short online survey to get your thoughts. The regulator wants to ensure that the proposed new TSMs will provide you and other social housing tenants with clearer information about how landlords are performing.

Once the TSM standard is in place, the results will reveal how satisfied customers are with their homes, neighbourhoods and customer services.
