-        There is often no paperwork provided for the offered loan

-        You may feel threatened or intimidated by the person who is offering you the loan

-        You may be threatened if you find you can’t pay on time.

Remember, you are not in trouble if you have borrowed money unknowingly from an illegal lender, they are the person committing the crime.
