If you’re a leaseholder and you would like to rent your home to someone else, this is called subletting.

If you’d like to sublet your home please let us know so that we can discuss the process with you and confirm whether we can provide the consent needed for this to happen. You can request this on MyAster or call us on 0333 400 8222.

Subletting isn’t available to shared owners and using your home as a holiday home and advertising on websites like AirBnB isn’t possible for shared owners or leaseholders.
