Surveying your home

We’ve launched an ambitious project to survey all our homes, including yours, by autumn 2022.

We’ve appointed surveyors Savills to carry out this project on our behalf to help us better plan for future investment, understand where improvements need to be made and ensure that your home is safe and well maintained.

You’ll soon be visited by a registered surveyor from Savills to survey your home. All surveyors will carry a valid form of Aster or Savills ID with a photo, which they will be happy to show you when they visit and if you'd like to check their details with our Contact Centre please call 0333 400 8222.

They’ll be working Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm and will need to see every room and space within your home, which will take up to 30 minutes.

If you aren’t at home when they visit, they'll leave a calling card. This will ask you to contact the surveyor directly to agree a convenient time for them to return.

We’ve already completed our successful pilot programme and surveyed over 1,000 homes since we launched the project at the beginning of April. Thank you if you’ve already taken part in the survey.
