Visiting our offices

We’d like to share an update about our offices.

Like many businesses, we closed our offices to visitors in March 2020 as a result of the pandemic and moved to new ways of keeping in touch. Instead of visiting us, lots of customers now use our MyAster portal or the contact centre and virtual appointments are a really successful way for us to keep in touch.

If you need to see us in person, you can still do so at our offices, however our receptions at Devizes, Andover and Wells will be closed, and so in-person meetings will be by appointment only. Please do not turn up at our offices without an appointment as you won’t be able to meet with anyone.

If you need to meet with a member of staff face to face, all you need to do is call the contact centre on 0333 400 8222 or email the team on contactcentre@aster.co.uk to book an appointment. You don’t even need to come to us if you don’t want too, we’re happy to meet you at a suitable location which might be at your home, in a public area nearby, a local shared office space or one of our regional hubs.

These changes mean that you can meet the right member of our team, at a time and place that suits you.
