We’ve signed the Disability Confident Scheme

Diversity and equality is important to us. So to ensure we’re giving everybody equal opportunity, we’ve recently joined the governments Disability Confident Scheme. 

This means that rather than following a two-tick scheme guaranteeing disabled people an interview if they meet the minimum criteria for a job vacancy, we now make the most of the talents people of all abilities can bring. 

By joining this scheme we’re able to draw from the widest possible pool of talent and secure high-quality colleagues who are skilled, loyal and hardworking. But most importantly, we’re playing a role in changing attitudes around equality and diversity for the better. 

The government has committed to getting one million disabled people back into work by 2028 and we’re committed to playing our part to help achieve this.
