Working with communities to build affordable homes

We’ve recently signed contracts with a local Community Land Trust (CLT) that will see six new affordable homes built in Dorset. CLTs are a form of community-led housing, set up and run by people within local areas to develop and look after affordable homes. 

CLTs make sure houses are affordable for people not just now but for every person who lives there in the future. We’ve now signed contracts with Bishop’s Caudle CLT in Dorset to build new affordable homes for six families. 

The homes should be ready to move into in early 2021. We’ll share more with you as the development progresses.
