Your service charge statement runs through all you need to know about what services we provided you over the last 12 months, and how much this cost.

We’ve also answered your questions about Service Charges here.

When you receive your letter, please check that the services you’re receiving are all included. If you spot something that doesn’t seem right, like a service you don’t receive, please let us know now.

Our team will make any corrections needed so that you pay the correct amount.
