Your service charge statement runs through all you need to know about what services we have provided you with between April 2022 and March 2023, and how much this cost.

When you receive your letter, please check that the services you’re receiving are all included. If you spot something that doesn’t seem right, please let us know.
Our team will make any corrections needed so that you pay the correct amount.
