Our latest Customer Annual Report for the last financial year is available for customers to read on our website.  

There’s now a record 1,620 involved customers helping us to shape and improve services. 

We let over 2,000 homes and we completed 9,000 neighbourhood inspections. Last year over 120,000 repairs were carried out, while we completed over 61,000 servicing and compliance checks.  

We also continued to invest in our homes and communities through projects like our refurbishment and neighbourhood enhancement projects, and there are some great examples of this in the report.
